2. What Personal Data We Collect & Why

Form Submissions & Consultations: When you submit a quote request, contact form, or inquiry on our site, we collect the personal details provided (such as your name, email address, telephone number, and project details) strictly to process your inquiry and deliver requested agency services.

Comments: When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to assist with spam detection.

An anonymized string generated from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to verify usage. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available at https://automattic.com/privacy/. Upon approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media Uploads: If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract location data from images published on the site.

3. Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site, you may opt-in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when leaving subsequent comments. These cookies persist for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we establish several cookies to save your login information and screen display preferences. Login cookies persist for two days, and screen options cookies last for one year. If you select "Remember Me", your login will persist for two weeks. Logging out of your account removes the login cookies.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data, simply indicating the post ID of the article edited, expiring after 1 day.

4. Embedded Content From Other Websites

Articles and media on this site may include embedded content (e.g., videos, imagery, dynamic widgets). Embedded content from third-party websites behaves in the exact same manner as if the visitor has visited the external website directly.

These external websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content—including tracking your interaction if you hold an account and are logged into that third-party website.

5. Data Sharing & Automated Services

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Your data is only processed or shared under the following circumstances:

  • Automated Spam Detection: Visitor comments and contact forms may be verified through automated spam detection services.
  • Password Resets: If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email for account security.

All registered users can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except username modifications). Website administrators can also view and edit that administrative information.
