Packages and websites
Is website hosting included?
Yes. Every Nevermore monthly package includes free hosting, from 1GB up to 20GB depending on the package. Email storage counts toward the hosting size unless email is set up locally.
Do packages include business email accounts?
Yes, up to 10 accounts on the smaller packages, rising to 400 on the largest. The exact number depends on the package you choose.
Is domain registration included?
No. Domain registration is a separate fee in every package, starting at R150 per year. The price depends on the domain extension and can change.
Support and revisions
How quickly do you respond to support requests?
Every support request gets a response within 24 hours and a solution within 72 hours.
Are website revisions included?
Website revisions are free for 7 days after launch. After that, each package includes monthly site support time, from 30 minutes on the smaller packages to 4 hours on the largest.
Content and approvals
How does the monthly content process work?
You send us a theme or scope for the month ahead by the 15th of the previous month. We design the posts and videos for your review, and nothing is published until you approve it.
How many revisions do I get on designs?
Two rounds of revisions are included per batch. Change requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the designs, inside the 7-day approval period.
